How it works
1. Go to http://www.coach.com and choose the item you would like to buy
2. Leave us your info at ContactUs page with item style number and description.
3. We will try and get back to you within 24hours.
Price
This require a simple math calculation.
Price in USD X 1.25 X 3.3(MYR rate exchange)
Example :
Price on website = USD 298
Price you pay = 298 x 1.25 x 3.3 = RM 1229
Shipping
Usually the item takes 10 - 14 days to arrive in Malaysia. You can opt for direct shipping or local shipping or self collect (KL and JB only)
For direct shipping, please add RM 60 to your total.
For local shipping, please add RM 15 to your total. (about 5 day later than direct shipping)
Terms and Condition
1. A 40% deposit is required upon placing order. If deposit is not received by Nov 5, your order will not be placed.
2. No cancellation after deposit is received. Contact us immediately. If order has not been placed, you can make changes to your order. If order has been placed, you have to proceed with purchase OR you can swap with our ready stock item OR you will be charge 15% restocking fee (which means, we will only return about 2/3 of your paid deposit )
3. All items are subject to availability. We will refund your deposit if the item is not available.
4. Any Malaysia Custom tax is the responsibility of buyer when applicable.

There are 9.5% US government tax plus shipping expenses plus petrol cost and other miscellaneous cost that we need to consider.
